Insurance Options

Insurance companies are becoming less and less effective in providing meaningful benefits to patients and far more difficult and expensive for doctors. out of necessity we have discontinued our affiliation with some of these companies. In any case we will file forms and submit claims in your behalf regardless. We are strong advocates of the Utah Dental Cooperative which provides a fee for service model with the benefit of a 20% reduction in fees with no membership fees or premiums. Best of all, there are no exclusions or limits that are always found with insurance coverage. We don’t believe that insurance companies should be in the business of dictating what services patients should receive, nor do we think it’s fair for you to be forced to use benefits by a certain date or lose your money. The Dental Cooperative provides a program for -before tax benefits- and an automatic rollover of contributions that can be used when it’s convenient and you really need it. Ask us about the benefits of the Dental Cooperative. Several large employers have group policies with the Dental Coop. Gossner Foods, Utah State University, and the Utah State University Alumni Association. Ask your employer to look into the advantages of the Dental Cooperative. Your money should be in your control and give you the entire benefit. Check out the Cooperative today at http://www.dentalcooperative.com
